A little backstory

I was born and raised in a small town in the eastern part of Ukraine. At the moment I live in the city of Kyiv, as my homeland, where I was formed and grew up, is occupied, because of the war unleashed by the russians. However, all this does not stop me from developing and creating something really valuable (I hope you think so too).

I had the idea to create this project quite some time ago. Almost always I order things in the online store ASOS. I like that their service is quite convenient to use, that they provide a wide range of products and quite often they have super sales that allow you to find something really cool at a very favourable price. So I came to the conclusion that it would be nice to automate the whole manual process: comparing prices, choosing the most profitable promo code, tracking current promotions, etc.

Yes. You might argue that such projects do exist, to which I will answer, not really. Something like this does exist, but at the moment these projects are either no longer functioning properly or are providing minimal value.

Why should I support you?

It would be unfair to ask you, my dear reader, to simply trust me and support me and my project. Therefore, I propose a fair deal: if, like me, you often order from ASOS, try to take advantage of the implemented functionality: place several subscriptions for different products, try to use price histories and/or promo codes. Then simply answer the question: "Is this useful for me specifically"? Here is a list of what I am offering you just for registering a profile:

1. Products, prices and promo codes are up to date, synchronized every day.
2. A history of prices and promo codes is available for each product. You can see what promo codes were available earlier and how the price of a certain product has changed over time.
3. You can subscribe to a specific product to be notified immediately if the price has become lower than expected or a new promo code is now available.
4. Add products to compare to automate the calculation of applying the most favourable promo to your shopping cart.

For those who support me financially, I offer more extensive functionality.

Plans for the future

I implemented the minimum functionality that I would expect to see from such a project. The goal was to launch an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Here is my list of tasks (those that have already been implemented are marked in green):

1. Display the most profitable offers on the home page.
2. Easy search and filtering of products.
3. Price History.
4. Promo Code History.
5. Subscriptions to track price changes for products.
6. Product Comparison.
7. Blog with useful articles.
8. Email notifications of price changes.
9. Web push notifications of price changes.

At the moment, I don't have any new ideas for developing and implementing new functionality. The current goal is to improve the design and speed of the website, perform SEO optimization, and fix any bugs. However, I am open to your suggestions.
